Bring it on Brum! is back for spring 2024!

Bring it on Brum! is running FREE activity clubs in Birmingham throughout the spring school holidays for children and young people aged 4-16 who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals.

  • Holiday clubs will run from Monday, 25 March to Friday, 5 April 2024
  • Bookings will open from Monday, 4 March 2024 at www.bringitonbrum.co.uk

 

 

Activity Packs:

 

If children and young people are not able to access face-to-face holiday clubs, at home activity packs are also available. Families will need their child’s Bring it on Brum! code to request a free activity pack. Packs are available one per eligible child and are available for primary or secondary age.

 

Families can register for a free spring activity pack from Wednesday, 28 February 2024. More information on the activity packs and how to register can be found at: www.bringitonbrum.co.uk/activity-packs-and-food-boxes.

Parents, if you are interested in booking a place for your child to attend, please complete an online booking form the link below.

Children can attend any of the sites listed 

 

Everything is FREE including Breakfast and Lunch for all children on Free School Meals (FSM).  Non-Free School meal children will be charged £10 per child, per week to attend. 

 

All schools have been allocated and sent a unique voucher code to distribute to families of FSM children in order for them to access a place on any of our LEAP 2024 Playschemes. These can also be used on any of the Bring it on Brum activities on offer.

 

The code is only available to children on Free School Meals (FSM), and it must be included on the application forms. Places cannot be automatically offered to pupils without this code, so those without codes need to contact HAOS directly and they will advise you what you need to do next

All voucher codes should have been sent to schools directly, so please check with your school office to see if they have arrived.

 

if your child is no longer able to attend their holiday club for any reason, please contact the holiday club provider to cancel your space or click on the cancellation link on your booking confirmation email.

 

Bring it on Brum! holiday clubs spaces are limited and the club provider will be more than happy to offer the extra space to other children who need it.

 

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

 

In order to book a place, you will need to set up an account first, then you must go back into the account to book required places (please see attached flyer). 

 

Process to follow:

Step 1: register an account first - essential as you won't be able to book places without completing this first.

 

Step 2: register children - it lets you add more than 1 child. Include all children and ensure to click one date only!

 

If you already have an account from booking places on our previous playscheme, then this account should still be active, and you will just need to login to access your account and click on forgotten password to reset access. 

 

Step 3: Ensure you go to checkout

 

Step 4: Once your booking has been completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email.  Parents MUST check the details on the confirmation to make sure all the information is correct.
